Blueberry Clafoutis and…

Yah, those lovable ol’ Froggies love to stick to classic cuisine, but there is more than that to dream of in this world, Horatio. Even cherry clafoutis are traditionally made with the pits in them, and let’s face it…nobody likes to spit out pits, so eventually some smartie in Paris invested in a cherry pitter.

So yeah, the batter for clafoutis is pretty straightforward. Eggs, milk, flour, sugar, and a bit of salt and vanilla. Pour over fruit and you’ve got clafoutis.

So why not Mango Clafoutis? Sure, they were frozen but it came out well. And the blueberry clafoutis, as ever, were so simple that they were hard to screw up.

Mango Clafoutis, baby! It will even be better with fresh mangos!
