I was drizzling some dark chocolate over a dessert I had bought from Noci the other day. They have a delicious walnut and honey mix dessert, but Wifey needed a chocolate cover to it so I melted some chocolate to…well, you know.

But I had some chocolate left over and thought it shouldn’t go to waste. I looked for some bread…dried fruit…but I thought: frozen mango chunks! I pulled some out of the freezer and immersed them in the left over chocolate, and JEEZIS…what a simple, awesome combination!

Maybe next time a bit of fleur de sel sprinkled over it!
