It isn’t often that I’m alone in the house and have a chance to cook simply for myself–and I rarely have the chance to turn up the culinary heat a bit.  I decided to. Make lamb/pork sliders as simply as possible.

I found a decent recipe online, bought enough lamb and pork for a few sliders, and fried them up in the skillet. I found some honey French rolls and applied some Gochujang sauce for one, romesco sauce for another, and simple French Dijon mustard for the third.

Delightful, me with three burgers and silly tv.
