I came home and my wife was…focused on a household task–and she was hungry; not a good combination. She boiled an egg or two, I reheated some soup, and we tackled our task.

Later, I decided to at least put together some food for another night. I decided to put together a recipe of Greek burgers, otherwise known as Biftekia Yemista. Wow. The whole beef meat is pumped up with ground onion, pimenton, oregano, and a bit of salt and pepper. But the serious difference?

The burgers are stuffed with feta, spring onions, garlic, and parsley, and the result is simply delicious.

With a simple dribble of yogurt, olive oil, and a pit of parsley to dip the burger into…well, here
is the recipe, folks!
