…are the easiest to screw up, lemme tell you.

Here is a simple quiche that had some good aspects…

pastry crust…flaky, nice texture
asparagus…good flavorful fresh produce here
custard…rather dull. Cream, eggs, a bit of salt and pepper, and tarragon. Rather dull flavors.

Overall, worth eating and we’ll eat the leftovers tomorrow, but gotta work on that egg custard.
