It is Sunday and as we are preparing for a garage sale, trying to empty our house of as much accumulated…stuff as possible which something near to 30 years has allowed for, at Angela’s request I became the ‘hero’ this time and simply itemized all the various projects we had to do, roughly calculated how long each project would take in hours, and we set something of a schedule.

We celebrated by going out for some ice cream and merienda and we got home late where I cooked up this Pan-Fried Egg with Ham and Vegetables which is a standard dinner dish in Spain. It’s simple to prepare, the ingredients are relatively wholesome, and unlike a Spanish tortilla, the eggs are brought in whole and cooked under a broiled layer of cheese, in this case I passed on the suggested cheddar and instead used a Portuguese Sao Jorge.
