I decided on tapas for tonight, but some new items because I gotta keep it fresh.

Stuffed Peppers with Tuna, Scallions, and Caperberries

Picked a jar of peppers but, alas, they weren’t as whole as I you’ll have liked. Kinda in pieces. Oh, well, fortunately I had some very nice Spanish conservas of tuna (MUCH nicer than Starkist). Shredded tuna, Caperberries, scallions, and a tad of salt and pepper. BOO-yah.

Add in some sliced bread, some nice Iberico cheese, a green salad, and a nice meal overall.
