With that plaintive request, I considered. It was about 845pm, I had only just gotten home and had eaten myself a simple salad of spinach leaves, red leaf lettuce, avocado, gruyere cheese bits, tomatoes, and coppa charcuterie, had managed to bicycle a good deal to and from my baking gig, so…what the hell.
Chocolate? Yes, some Ghirardelli 60% bittersweet chips…some flour, heavy cream, and–(whew!) just enough eggs (one yolk, three whites). Microwave the chocolate in twenty second intervals, mix the cream and the yolk together, add a teaspoon of flour, a smidgen of cinnamon, and beat the egg whites with sugar…yes…ok. Oops. Butter and sugar two ramekins. Ok. 375 degrees.
18 minutes later?
Now…can I go and watch some mindless tv now?
