I biked for nearly 45 minutes today, coming and going to work, so I figure I can treat myself to a nice fruity dessert of Blueberry Crumble.

Take your fruit, slather in sugar, a bit of juice, and some cornstarch, and put into some ramekins. Create the crumble from flour, nuts, coconut, brown sugar, and butter, and sprinkle it over the fruit; bake until bubbly and browned.

Eat without guilt.
