How’s that for 10 minutes prep, and 18 minutes of baking?

Chocolate soufflés, will that do, my dear?

I have to give myself some measure of cred, folks–while I’m certainly not ready for prime time or Momofuku, for a home chef/cook, whipping together something like this even impresses me a bit.
