Nothing really special tonight– tilapia breaded in flour, salt, and lemon pepper and fried in a little bit of olive oil and butter, garnished with lemon and parsley.

Green beans in a skillet in pork lard, garlic, with a dash of balsamic vinegar and a tinkling of Parmesan. Leftover rice from the freezer; microwaved to nowhere near perfect.
